Question : How do I shop Online ?
Answer : If you want to buy online now, please do the Screenshot or Item name by calling Viber or Messenger or Phone. Customers who order over 50,000 Ks can be sent Direct Home or Bus Station Free of Charge by Delivery.
Question : How do I pay for my online purchase?
Answer : Currently, full payment is required for online purchases. The payment page is displayed on Banking Information.
Question : How soon Deliver after the payment is done?
Answer : After receiving the receipt of payment by Viber or Messenger, we attempt to provide delivery immediately.
Question : How long does it take for Delivery?
Answer : Our shop will be connected with reliable and fast delivery services, so if you Order for winthin Yangon Division before 2 pm, you can arrive the next day. Customers will be notified in advance by respective delivery times.
Question : Can Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) be available?
Answer : There is currently no Cash On Delivery Service available.
Question : Will you exchange (or) refund a purchased item?
Answer : The White House does not currently exchange or refund any purchased items without a valid reason. Customers can get customized inquiries before purchasing the item which you want to purchase. Customers may not exchange or refund any items purchased on their own. In the event of any dispute, the decision of The White House Branded Collections is valid.
Question : What should I do if there is any damage to Delivery?
Answer : Customers should check the order of delivery and inform the store within 1 hour if there is any defect. No problem will be solved by the shop for more than 1 hour.
Question : Are you selling High-End Brands?
Answer : High-end brands (Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Fendi, Mont Blanc, etc…) are pre-order only. You can subscribe to Item Availability by requesting an item on the Website Link or Screenshot. If item is ready to order, we will inform you the total charge will be in Yangon and how long it will take. 50% Deposit will be paid on the date of validation. You must pay the remaining 50% on the day of the item arrived.
Question : Do you have any Sales or Promotion?
Answer : The White House Branded Collections occasionally offers promotions and sales. Especially the big days, There is also promotion and sales at all seasonal events. Normally, the bargain prices are already Fair Prices without Promotion or Sales. In the future, there are several plans to offer Exclusive Offers through online channels.
